  • Self-Healing QIGONG CLASSES

"BREATHE DISEASE OUT OF YOUR BODY"
    Ancient Energy Solutions
    for Modern Energy Deficiencies
ITS NAME IS "Qi" (Chee/Chi/Ki) = ENERGY & VITAL LIFE FORCE

with Gardner Singleton Certified Qigong Instructor (advanced-level)

    The 3 Promises of Qigong:

    1. Qi (pronounced "chee"= life-force energy) is free. Qi is everywhere. Everybody can access it.
    2. Qi cultivation uses simple, easy to do, and easy to learn methods. 3. Every person who uses Qigong consistently experiences some form of health improvement and personal access to greater energy and power. Qi can be cultivated to resolve any challenge or enhance any function.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese wellness tool for relaxation, healing, strengthening and balancing. This is an on-going Qigong training program refined from ancient Chinese wisdom for understanding, enhancing, restoring and harmonizing the invisible energy system that supports the movements of human lives and universe. Qigong includes exercise of both mind (visualization, meditation and internal communication) and body (incorporating movements, stretching, relaxation, and weight bearing postures), done in a natural and very gentle manner.

Qigong practice cultivates vital life energy in body, mind and spirit levels and is an ideal art for nurturing fitness, storing vital life energy, and promoting longevity, creativity & intelligence. It has been observed by all who practice Qigong regularly that an incredible feeling of well being and peacefulness is cultivated - both of particular importance in today's high-stress world.

  • All are welcome, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Please wear loose clothing.
